Unable to locate basic printer driver to download

We lost our ability to print about the same date as Windows 10 was automatically applied.  The following day, I reverted our computer back to Windows 7 with no errors, but we lost our ability to print.  Then,  I downloaded the full feature printer driver, but received an error message that the installer encountered an unexpected error (code 2203) while installing this package.  I tried using both methods (USB and ethernet).    I un-installed and re-installed the software again, but the same problem resulted.    I also used the "HP Print and Scan Doctor" and the "Print Wizard", and still have the same problem.  Something in the print driver is failing during installation.  I've spent days researching possible solutions.  I am now ready to just install a basic printer driver --- but I can't find where it is located on the HP website for Windows 7 (64 bit) for the HP PhotoSmart C6280 All-in-One.  Can you help me?
