HP Envy 4500

I keep getting a message on my printer saying "Ink Cartridges are incompatible", but my cartridges are supplied by HP as i have an ink resupply plan with them that i pay for every month.

I am unable to use the other functions on my printer as this message stays there and won't allow you to access other functions.

I can't seem to get a direct email address to ask about this issue.

My warranty for my printer has expired but at the minute it seems to be the ink cartridges that are the issue.

Cheers
