I can't comment directly on your list of part numbers (I only have access to the same public documents that you do).

 

I did come across this LJ Enterprise M606dn specification page, which suggests:

According to the datasheet, the (quite expensive) LaserJet Pro 500 Colour MFP M570 supports A5 duplexing:

Were actually trying to find a replacement for the HP LaserJet 4250dtnsl Printer (Q5404A) so we need a compatable staple/stacker .

I was lucky in seeing a reference to the A5 duplex capability of the M570dn, but I don't have access to lists of 'replacement' devices and their capabilities (useful as it would be, perhaps), sorry.

would this soloution work to get auto duplex on the A5?

M606DN (E6B72A) with

F2G69A - HP LaserJet Auto Duplexer Two Side Print And

F2G72A - HP LaserJet 500-Sheet Stacker Stapler

 

I cant get a data sheet on the Duplexer or see what paper it will process.
