HP Spectre x360 - 13-w000no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I'm not sure what the problem is but it's getting really frustrating. I'm not a big computer expert and need help!

Whenever I try to print form my Spectre (new - had the problem since the beginning) the program I print from will freeze. Word and Adobe (when printing pdf) specifically. It freezes after I push print – so even before I get to choose the printer etc.

I have tried to reinstall the programs and the printer, however it is not helping. I even updated the BIOS. Any suggestions? I appreciate your help. :generic:
