I use easy start to install Essential Software on my Macbook for Envy 4500 printer, but it is stuck at 60-70% all the time. I've tried three times, still can not complete the installation.

Hi,
If your Mac might be located far from the router, try moving it closer if possible, as well try using a different browser and check for any differnce.
If the same persists try downloading it from another computer or try using a download manager such as FDM:
http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/
I've just downloaded the file, it took me approx. 30 seconds to download the file with no issues.

Hi,
Directly download and install the software below:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-esse...
Once done open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click the plus sign to add your printer, be sure to select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu.
Regards,
Shlomi
