Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

running on bootcamped macbook pro - both full and basic driver install packages fail with messages given that correct USB drivers and software cannot be found.    the printer loads and operates fine for apple OS 10 but nothing can install in the Windows OS  -     Any suggestions?

That did the trick thanks!    Shame they can't insert a "skip usb driver" step in the install.bat file......

Thanks for showing your interest in the HP Forums! I see that you are having issues installing the HP drivers on the Windows 7 Bootcamp. I would like to help you.

 

Please try the steps posted by @highlandery to see if they will help: Can't install in Windows 7 run under BootCamp on a new iMac.
