HP PHOTOSMART 5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I look at the front panel of the printer itself it says that I already have the most current updates installed.

However, the laptop repeatedly tells me that recent updates have failed. I receive the following message:

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: Hewlett-Packard - Imaging - Null Print - HP Photosmart 5520 series - Error 0x8024200b."

Which should I believe?

Thanks
