I recently purchase the all in one HP 5660 envy printer. It is really a nice printer and very easy to use
It seems to work fine after a few driver problems
However, I am unable to create a custom printing size. The create a new form option is greyed out and so is the Save option. No error is displayed.
I have followed all the basic steps as indicated in the hp online help but I just cannot create a custom printing size.
I would appreciate a suggestion.
Thanks
Tina
I have owned a HP photosmart and a deskjet and I have never had this problem before

Thanks for the answer. It worked using MS word.
I need to re enter the size in the word dialog box (I did not have to do that with the other photosmarts)s work
The custom size also appears in the paper size option of the printer when printing from Photoshop
(very happy about that) since my main objective was to print 4X8 cards.
The reason I had a problem originally was because when I opened the printer server properties I was not scrolling all the way down on the FORM box when entering my custom size.
I noticed that when you directed me to the you tube video.
Thanks for the time to address my problem
