Product: deskjet 2132

I just bought a black cartridge hp63xl and its says " is not compatible" even when in the printer package says is compatible. it also says something about configuring it, how can I resolve this issue?

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting incompatible ink cartridge error message.

I would like to help you out with this issue today.

  • Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed.
  • Clean the electrical contacts.
  • Reset the printer.
  • Align the ink cartridges.
