Deskjet 9670
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP drivers website doesn't have the option to download the driver software for HP deskjet printer 9670.  My OS is Windows 7 home premium 64-bit.  I tried to use 9800 series driver but it's also not available for dowload.

I used the print doctor but it redirected me to the same HP drivers support website indicated above.

Please help.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Follow these steps to get the IN-OS drivers for your printer.

  1. Go to Devices and Printers > Add a printer

  1. Select "Add a local printer"

  3.  Use an existing port (could be Dot 4 or USB port)

  4. Click on "Windows Update"  (may take a while to update) and then "HP"

  5. Scroll until you find your printer model.

Click "Next" and walk through the rest of the steps to install your printer.

Do let us know if that helps.

Thanks.

I used the driver for deskjet 9800 and so far it's working already.  Thanks!
