As I understand you are getting USB hardware error while installing HP OfficeJet 150 mobile. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you tried with a different USB cable or Have you tried a different port on the computer?

Have you tried performing a Hard reset on the printer?

Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting this on HP Forums?

In the meantime, let's start by performing a Hard reset on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

Step 1: Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable

Step 2: Test the USB connection

Step 3: Try a different USB cable

Step 4: Remove any additional USB devices that connect to the computer

Step 5: Refresh the Windows Device Manager
