Greetings @Stan_ ,

Thanks for taking interest in HP Forums.

I see you are facing an issue with graphics drivers update and Bluetooth not detecting any devices, I would like to help.

Request you to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant, refer http://hp.care/2fvNQNc

If the HP support assistant is not responding, uninstall the program from programs and features and restart the PC before installing it again. You can download the latest version of HP support assistant from the above link.

Run troubleshooter available in control panel, (control panel can be accessed by right-clicking on the Windows (Start) button. Bluetooth included in the wireless network adapter. (Run Network adapter troubleshooting)

Also,

Make sure the wireless button is turned ON.

If the Bluetooth device is paired with any other device, please unpair the device before you run the troubleshooter.

Also, refer this Microsoft article http://hp.care/2fE0TdT

How to connect Bluetooth devices.

Let me know if this helps, for further assistance.
