I have been having problems with my printer, I put in the IP address in the test and it was fine however when I tried to write anything, a blank paper came out.This has been going on for the past hour. please help??

I see that you are facing an issue with the printer where it is printing blank pages. I will be glad to help.
Please refer to the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article http://hp.care/2eG4tGg
After trying all the steps mentioned this article, if the issue persists, the printer will need to be serviced.

I am having probles with my computer, i talked to an agent earlier. the problem was suppose to be fix, [persona information removed]. while she was on the phone the printer worked, now its back to doing the same thing.
