Hi,
SO I want to reinstall my printer on my laptop but it won't work. My laptop crashed recently but I've changed the hard drive and it's working fine now. However, when I insert the disk for installing the printer, it goes so far as to the home screen which prompts me to select install. The only problem is there is no install in the options, the only tab present is exit and once I select that the screen disappears and nothing happens. I have downloaded the software and tried it that way but I get stuck at the same stage. I have checked for updates and it is seems everything is up to date.
I just don't understand why I doesn't give me an install option.
Can someone help me resolve this issue please as I need to use my printer?
Thank you.
