Goodmorning,

I have windows server 2012 R2, and we bought a printer, model: HP PageWide Pro MFP 477 dn/dw

i tried to install the drivers with the CD-ROM and downloading the drivers from the site, but everytime i try to install them, it pops up thisCattura.PNG

Someone can help me with this problem?

Try withe HP Easy Start utility to install the driver:

 

>> HP Easy Start utility

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
