Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have installed the printer ok, WIFI connection is good, it finds it when I add the IP address and at the end of the install it tells me it's connected but then when you look at devices and try to print nothing happens and it says drivers not available under the listing for the printer. I had the problem before but was able to find a online tech but I don't seem to be able to do that now.
