Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just last week this printer started going offline on the windows 10 machines.I deleted the printer and then reinstalled the printer through win 10 , and also reinstalled the driver manually and same issue - it initially prints a test page fine, but after a pc restart and printing from a word or wordpad doc it will print nonstop till canceled in the queue and show an error "that the document did not print" while it is printing continuously.  I also have some mac's and they print fine to this printer. The win10 machines had been working fine for 6 or more months with this printer till last week.

Thanks for reporting the issue.

 

Before running below application, make sure the windows 10 is upto date by running windows update.

 

After run the windows update, restart the printer and 

 

download the HP Print Scan doctor from HP website. It will diagnose and fix the problem for you.

I am still having same issue  - win 10 is up to date, print doctor gives all green check marks and says all is up to date - I printed a word doc and it printed non-stop until I stopped it in the queue.

I updated the driver and I am still having issues. I deleted the printer and reinstalled it and get the non-stop printing while the pc gives an error that the document did not print.

Have you tried installing this on a different computer? or, is it possible to create a new user account?
