When I'm logged into my HP laptop and I happen to close it to do something and I come back and open it up then it asks to login again. But when I try to I get this message "Your computer is running low, so no new users can sign on. Please use someone that already has been signed in". I'm the only one signed in and only once. How do I get rid of this?

Welcome to HP Forums @steviedan,
Thanks for the post, I see you are having trouble logging into your computer after you stepped away from it for a while. I would like to assist you.
Recommend you to do a hard reset on the computer and try again. (disconnect the charger, remove the battery if it is a replaceable battery, disconnect any external devices if any, and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the battery and charger back to the computer and turn the computer on)
Are you able to see your username visible on the login screen?
If your account is listed, please click on it and enter the password you set for the computer again, check the status of the caps lock key as well.
