I have two wireless networks in my home. One for work, mandatory, one for personal use. Can (and how) I enable printing from two different networks?

You can not. They must be on the same subnet, like 192.168.1.2 thru 192.168.1.254. Will not work unless you manually connect to a different network or SSID.
However call your IT department as they may have something for you.
