Hi @sheilabroderick,

Thanks or your feedback.

Were you able to connect your printer to the network?  We assume  it's connected since you have otehr PC using the printer.

If your printer is not connected, this resource will show you how:

Connecting your printer using the Wireless Setup Wizard

For the Offline issues, can you try this :

Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem

Hope that helps.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printer-series/53...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps.

You are talking about OJ8610_198.exe for Windows 10 correct.

I currently have the HP Office jet Pro 8610 full version installed and it does see my printer; however when I select wireless connection to the computer and it does its thing to connect to the network it was unable to be installed over the network. so I can uninstall and reinstall

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Was able to run the test print from HP printer install wizard.

Tried to print a word document and when I did file print it is showing

N

ame - (HP Officejet Pro 8610 (network)

Status - Off Line

Type - HP Officejet Pro 8610

Where - very long number if you need it i can provide

Comment - This is a web services printer

I have this same printer install on another computer that has Windows 7 and I dont see some of those things like the comment and where.  But since it is off line it will not print.
