Photosmart 7760
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to install an HP Photosmart 7760 on Windows 10 x 64.  System doesn't appear to have driver(s) built in.  When I do Windows update it finds 7600 and 7800 series printers but not 7700.  How/where can I get the appropriate driver(s)?

Hello @lpasekof,

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums! Smiley Happy I see you would like to install your HP Photosmart 7760 to your Computer running the Windows 10 Operating system.

I see you have tried installing using the built in Windows drivers but it is not finding your product.

Please make sure you have not missed anything here: Installing Your Printer Driver Using the Windows Built-in Solution

I hope this helps!

I have also had ythis propblem.. No drivers exist for Windows 10 Home.

The HP site also says Win 10 has built in drivers... Wrong.

Why are there no drivers on the HP site??

Regards,

John
