Product: ENVY 5532

My prinitng connection between my mac laptop and my printer just stoped out of the blue. It seems to be connecting but then when i try to print it says 'uanble to communicate with printer at time' Please help!

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the printer connected to the computer, wired or wireless?
  • Which operating system is installed on your computer?
