Example: Deskjet 3845
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a deskjet 3845 printer. There is no paper jam at all, but my computer (when hooked to the printer) says that there is a paper jam in the printer. It will not even attempt to print anything. I have tried everything and still it says paper jam. Please help!

@Ihateprinters53,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are getting paper jam error when trying to print from your HP Deskjet 3845 Color Inkjet Printer.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

Please follow the steps under "Paper jam' message displays on the computer" in the link: Blinking Power Light

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
