My printer has the following message "less than 1% of the available storage space is free. Please delete unwanted documents" . Below this it says Clean up now or remind me in ( several options from one hour to never ) when I press any of these nothing is happening. I have switched the printer on and off, th escreen still says the same.I know that I have no documents waiting to be printed. There are no icons on the status screen. The power light is on but the blue wireless light is not on. I can still print but because there are no icons showing I cannot access other options. thanks in advance.

Hey there! @Mobre, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand that you get error less than 1% of the available storage space is free on your printer.
Try performing a hard reset on your printer.
Resetting the printer can force some types of scanners to calibrate which might fix the problem.
Remove any items from the scanner glass and automatic document feeder (ADF), then close the scanner lid.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into a wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Load the original document or photo, then try to copy.
If the issue still persists, Please perform a semi full reset on your printer and check if it helps.
Since the steps to perform semi full reset are confidential. I will send you the steps in a private message.
Let me know if this helps!
Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
