My laptop and printer have in the past worked fine. Until recently. I have been unable to print. I have a wirelss connection and have windows 10 installed on the laptop. In devices and printers, the printer shows as the default printer and when downloading a document to print the printer shows as "ready". When i press the print and error message shows " unable to print do to printer setup." When I try and print a test page in Device manager, i get an error message, " printer queue filled. but in print documents there are no documents waiting to be printed. The error messsage has the #0x000003d.

@forks, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Photosmart C4750 All-in-One Printer.
Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: After Windows 10 Upgrade, Printer Does Not Print
Also, you may check the link: Using Your Printer with Windows 10
Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.
