Since we switched to a new printserver (running server 2012 R2), we experience serious problems with our printspooler, which terminates several times on a daily basis. If the spooler is running, the CPU usage rocks skyhigh to 99 - 100%, even if no one is printing.

After further examination it seems to be the file HP1100US.dll which is the cause of the problem and we were advised to either disable it, or to obtain a more recent, stable version of the dll. Our dll file is dated 2012 and is version 0.3.1.57034.

My question now is where I could obtain a newer version (if it already exists)??

Can you please advise?
