Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

anyone have  create this software -- it prints, but I want to use scanner.   only AIO software I could find was 32 bit and would not run saying "corrupted"

Hi,

First unplug the USB, right click the Start icon and select Control Panel.

Open Devices and Printers, right click the printer icon and select Remove Device.

 

Next install the following drivers, only plug the USB once prompt to do so:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL30951/mp-110165-3/AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5.exe
