All devices in our network use static IP addresses so this is not our problem. So far no idea why this is happening. But thanks for offering your solution.

Dude, from one medic to another, you are the adenosine to my SVT! For years I've just accepted the fact that I needed to restart my printer anytime I intended to print anything. I tried your fix because I figured I had nothing to lose! Hahaha... Such a quick easy fix for something so painfully frustrating. I appreciate the info! Thanks! Stay safe!

Dear Sir,

My office just buy 3 new HP LaserJet 2035N printer for using on our LAN i have install this printer for some Laptop & Desktop users with OS Windows 7, 32-bit, service pack 1.  When i 1 page print but printing continue   .

i have download the driver for win7 and again installed but issue still same.

we can not use printer. Please help me

My officejet 4500 wireless is giving me trouble printing. I spent three hours attempting to trouble shoot. I went into printers and devices to see if the queue was filled  and deleted the documents, printer still did not print. I have the all in one printer and was attempting to scan, I checked on the scan and it stated ready but failed to scan. I checked for ink to see if perhaps it was low and it is not an ink issue. I also checked to ensure that the wires were all plugged in, and they were. I've also googled to hp to the scan doctor for trouble shooting, the system troubleshooted, but my printer is continuing not to print. Please help. I'm not sure if I need to restore the system back or uninstall and then reinstall, I'm afraid that I may create a larger problem for my printer. Please help.
