ALL OF THE LIGHTS BLINK! Turn printer off and on and it is OK until the next blink

All of the lights start blinking!  Turn it off and back on--OK; Until the next time.  I have had teo realign the printer heads twice in the roughly two weeks that I have owned the printer  The first printer couldn't handle the power cord;  returned; replaced; and now this  Is the 6510 a BIG problem?
