Black ink 364 not working.

My black ink 364 will not work in my 5515 photosmart. Is this because I tried to re-fill the previous ink cartridge ( which didn't work either)?

Hi Dannyeclipse,

 

What happens when you use the new black ink? Do you get an error message? Any information regarding the issue may help with a resolution.

Hi Gordon. The printer works with the other colours but black is very feint. I have replaced all the cartridges again and still no joy.

I would recommend following the troubleshooting in the following article:
