Bought 3050A - install worked (USB) print error

Bought 3050A, install successful (USB).  When I print (even the test page) I get the following error 0xe00002e9.

When do you get the Error Message.

 

Is it on the printer or the Computer?

 

What is your Computer and Printer Configuration, OS, connection etc.

Hi Jon,

 

I get the error message when I hit print on the document and then the print progress window opens up.  It is on the computer.  My computer is Mac OS and I've been trying to connect by usb.

What is the exact message? Does it happen to say "Ink system failure" by chance? I would try unplugging the printer from the power source and allowing it to fully power down (roughly 1 minute), and plugging it from the computer. Then plug the printer back into the outlet and allow it to fully power on and finish its boot up sequence. Then plug it back into the computer. Let me know if the error persists!
