C410a out of paper

Printer C410a error message "out of paper" and "load paper into photo tray" while sufficient paper is in tray; it pulls sheet in - and returns it, then error message appears.  Not sometimes - but always - will not print.

Have used HP Guided Solutions, but no solution

I am not sure if this is the "Guided Solution" that you used, but I recommend troubleshooting using this article:

If that is the article you used, the last solution is "Solution five: Service the product", which means the device is beyond normal troubleshooting and needs to be serviced.
