C6180 is offline-how do I bring it online?

Have an HP C6180 AIO conncected wirelessly to HP Pavilion dv7 running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.  When I try to print, get a notice that printer is offline. How do I bring the printer online?  Performed test print from LCD display on AIO successfully.  I've tried unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in but printer will not print from laptop.

Hello,

Please download the Print and Scan Doctor using the link ... Print&Scan Doctor

which should resolve the issue.

Re: C6180 is offline-how do I bring it online?

Thanks for response. Before I saw your post, I had removed the printer under Devices & Printers and let Windows search for driver which it found. Printer went back online & printed a test page successfully. Print & Scan Doctor verified printer is working properly now. Will defintely use the utility next time I encounter a problem.
