I have a new CP1025 nw laser printer. When first installed it worked wirelessly perfectly, in my home office. Next time I went to use it it would not print. So deleted the software and reloaded it again. Then it worked. Next time I went to use it, it would not work.
Any ideas what it is?

Hello,
Thanks for the post. With these symptoms, we could have several issues. Lets start at the top, which OS are you working in? Are you plugged into a power strip? Do you get any error messages or other indications on the printer? With what you have described, I would suggest following the link below to a couple of documents that may assist with this issue. The first is lengthy, but thorough. Good Luck!

using Windows 7 7 did not get any error messages,
Howver seems to be working now.
Must be something to do with the wireless network.
Even though the PC is next to the printer, the router/modem is in another room.
The Printer was showing as offline, but now if I wait long enough it comes on-line again.
Thanks for taking the time to answer,
