Can't print webpage from dm4 notebook

When attempting to print from a webpage, all that comes out is one page with "Page 1 of 1" at the top and this at that bottom:

file:///C:/Users/Susan/AppData/Local/Temp/Low/HZI6JA0J.htm   with the date.  I have a Pavilion dm4 and Windows 7.  Thank you.

I am using Internet Explorer.  Update:  I shut down the laptop and the printer and unplugged the printer for 30 seconds.  Upon restarting everything, I was able to print from webpages as desired.  Thanks for your time.
