Custom Paper Sizes

I just bought an expensive HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium (a $400 printer).  This was to replace a $100 HP Photosmart Printer.  I was able to select custom page sizes on my Photosmart Printer (for wedding invitations, reply cards, etc).  How do I do this with my new expensive HP Printer?

Hi, custom-sized media is only supported on the Mac.
