HP Deskjet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer - J611g
Windows 7 64bit
Ok, I just bought the printer.
I was on google chrome and I wanted to print a page in grayscale, I selected such, and printed and it came out color regardless. When I forced it to print via "system dialogue" was able to set the advanced setting to grayscale and it will print grayscale, however a lot of images are missing from the web page and the lettering comes up gibberish.
Also, there's not option to set the quality to "draft" nor "best", only "normal"
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Cheukyeen,
Thanks for the post. With this unit, you should have the ability to print in draft mode and greyscale. Did you encounter any error messages during the installation? How did you install? From the CD or from Win7? Also check from another application, say I.E.. When you choose file/print from I.E, do you get the same symptoms? Does it call out your HP DJ3050a specifically? When you choose file/print and then choose preferences, you should have the ability to choose the "Quality" tab and then make the appropriate changes here. I've included a great document link below with some steps to get this resolved for you. Good Luck!
