I am asking for a printer number so I can't input one. Are you so inflexible you can't handle a simple question? What is wrong with you HP teckkies? "Improved Technology" means easier and more flexible, not more difficult and more limited.

I've run into same issue -- that's why I've still been using my HP Photosmart 7960 ... but right now I'm stuck and it's not working!!!

Hopefully someone will post about a new printer that does custom sizes.

I have the same problem with my Photosmart 7510. I find it very curious that HP would not allow a custom definition. I was trying to print Avery name tags that are on a 4.25"X11" sheet (1/2 sheet) and was unable to do it. Amazing! If it is possible to define a custom size sheet, I would sure like to know how..
