Hello,

I have HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Printer M602 (CE991A)

showing error 13.FF.FF from 1st time startup, the printer brand new never print any page.

 

i've done firmware upgrade and i change the formatter board and the Fuser Kit and the cartridge,

still the same problem.

 

any soluiton ?

There is probably a sensor flag in the wrong position causing the error. Since the printer is new, contact hp customer care and have them resolve the issue for you. This is a warranty issue which will probably not be resolved on this user forum.

13.FF.FF : A power on residual paper jam has occurred.

 

Need to perform a Tray/Bin manual sensor test and check which sensor is causing the issue.

 

As it is out of box issue, I suggest you to contact HP Technical support and avail the service entitled.

13.FF.ff 

A power on residual paper jam has occurred (sensor).

This error has no specific sensor designated. It could be any sensor in the media feed path.

Recommended action
  1. Check the product for a jam. See the clear jams section in the service manual.

  2. Look for media present or obstructions in paper path.

    View event log to determine if other Jam errors are occurring and troubleshoot those errors.
  3. Use the Manual sensors test or Tray/Bin manual sensors test to isolate a faulty door switch or sensor.

  4. Replace parts as determined by Sensor tests or obstructions.
