HP 5510 All-in-one--Color Printing?

Recently I was low on or out of color ink. I went into preferences-advanced to switch the printer to grayscale printing until I could go get color cartridges. Now I have installed the new color cartridges, turned off grayscale printing...what am I missing? The printer still prints color text in grayscale,.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
