HP 6500A ONLY prints in LANDSCAPE mode

Hello,

My HP 6500A has decided to ONLY printin landscape mode.  I've checked the settings under Control Panel->Printers and my HP printer and it's set to 1-sided only printing and portrait mode.

The configurations on the printing from the document is the same.  I've tried printing from multiple sources (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Firefox etc.) all are printing landscape and I can not see anywhere that this would be set as such.     Please advise.
