HP C4150 carriage jam; Dell Latitude

Window XP Pro Vers 2002

HP Photosmart C4150

Carriage Jam

New install but existed on another computer

 

 

Get a carriage jam whenever I try to print. Appears that the paper flows normal and the cartridge is able to move freely from left to right when starting and shutting down printer.
