I have a error message 10.92.00.  When I took the black toner cartridge out of the Printer I notice  on the Left side (as you face the printer) that the holder for the black cartridge is damaged. I am trying to find the part # for this damaged part. The part for this unit is made of white plastic and moves the other three holders onthe left side are not movable and black. Can someone tell me what is the part # I need to replace this broken Black toner cartridge holder?

The HP Color Laserjet 3600n is a commercial printer. I recommend posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
