HP Designjet 800 (factory model C7790B) ---- system error 21:10, Menu displays -- Severe Error 0x3010002, Task: tMech, File: Sequence.C, Line 758 ---- Rebooted and message reappears following initializing ---- suggests calling HP support (connected to a laptop using windows xp)
