HP Deskjet 1000 Printer J110a cannot change to draft mode

I purchased an HP Deskjet 1000 printer J110a few days back which is working fine but I noticed today I cannot change the print quality in the settings, say for example I cannot change it to Draft! What should I do?

 

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit Operating System....

Hello Anupam,

  1. From the application used to print, click File > Print to launch the print dialog.
  2. Click the Properties / Preferences button to access the Printing Preferences settings.
  3. Enter the Paper/Quality tab.
  4. From the Media drop-down, select Plain Paper, Fast Draft Quality and click OK to confirm.
