Hi

 

We have a DJ 1280 on the network which prints oK from both WIN 7 and XP PC's

 

We have a problem printing from a Vista Business 32bit PC. The prints only come out on black and white.

 

I havechecked the settings and it confirms colour printing. I have loaded the HP and MS utility's which tell me everthing is OK..

 

Any suggestions ?

Hi, did you try to uninstall the 1280 from the Vista computer and then reinstall?
