The bracket at the front, under the paper is spring loaded. It is supposed to pop up, pushing the front edge of the photo paper upward for easy feeding. For some reason, the button is 'sticky' when new.  So push the button several time, make the spring loaded bracket pops up. After that, you shouldn't have any more problem feeding photo papers.

I read the pages, and one of our friend has written that, take 99 pages of blank paper with black-white copy, than replace tha papers with photo papers.

 

I did and worked. THANKS A LOT for the solution....
