Hi, we have a new 6600 eprinter MODEL CZ155A. The ink carriage is jammed and stuck on the right, where it is inaccessable. We have tried turning the printer off, then on; also tried to manually shift the carriage but you can't get a hild on it as it is hidden behind part of the case (the ink cartidge door does not extend across the entire width of the printer. Can youone help? Thanks much!

The best thing you can do since the printer is still fairly new, is call tech support. The problem you're having is one that the printer needs to be replaced to fix, and the best way to do that is contact tech support directly. You can reach then at 1-800-474-6836 in the US and Canada, international users click here.

Thanks much Shane_R! Customer Service is not available over the weekend, so I called yesterday and they issued an authorization ticket to replace the printer. They offered to deliver it evem, but I live close to the shop. Great support from HP. Just wish they would upload the vides/documention for printers BEFORE they release them in the shops.
