HP Officejet Pro K8600 will not print SuperB pages

This issue is the same for Both WinXP Pro and Win7 32 bit Enterprise

 

When I try to print an Adobe Acrobat file as a SuperB poster (13"x19") the paper - either plain or photo - does not feed and the printer indicates a paper jam with the paper feed, paper jam and power lights flashing.Opening the Printer status window shows a paper jam.

The document in the print que will not clear and I can't print anything else without re-booting several times.

The Adobe print settings are for SuperB paper with Size Option set to "fit"

I have a direct USB connection from a HP Mini or a USB to Docking Station connection to a Dell Latitude E6410.

The behavior occurs on both computers.

 

This issue has only arisen recently.  I have successfully printed to this size paper in the past with no problems.

 

BTW If I send a diagnostics print test to the printer with this size paper in the tray, it prints just fine!
