HP Officejet6500 E709n all in one printer will not print in color

My  HP Officejet6500 E709n  all in one  printer  will not print in color with new color cartriges and a new printhead installed.

Done pretty much all suggested but still no avail.

Any idea anyone?

This could be several different things.  To narrow down what's happening, follow the steps in this document.  Let me know what happens.
